We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never came to clean room or bring clean towels. There’s no place to get comfortable in the room just metal chairs and a counter. Lobby is a big open room with game tables no one was using but no place to sit. Breakfast was $10/person and the cashier added her own tip to the bill after doing nothing other than taking our money. We stayed here due to hurricane evacuation but it wasn’t cheap. I’d never stay here if it hadn’t been an emergency

Yes they do
They have a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. You would have to take a taxi to the hotel, ask specifically for the Radisson RED taxi.
About the same as an Uber. Starts running at 11 am, hits a couple of places before getting to the cruise terminal.
It's in an industrial area. I'd suggest getting an Uber or delivery. But the restaurant is pretty good and there's a grab &go too.
Go where all the transports to the hotels leave. They pass every 30min. Ask about the Radisson RED hotel shuttle
