I honestly don't know where to start... Our flight was delayed a few times from 4:30am so you can say we were delirious and super tired...til we stepped into Life House. Both Dannys, Robert, Sergio, and Andy were the finest gentlemen from the moment we checked in to the sad good-bye back to reality to NYC. After our first night, we knew we never wanted to leave. We were greeted and accommodated throughout our stay at all times! Everything is upon request which I absolutely love so the room stays clutter free and more space for everything in your luggage. The bed and room instantly felt like home with big windows and soft warm lighting. The cutest retro fridge. THE COZIEST robes which wraps you like your favorite blanket. I felt like everyone was delighted to help with anything that we needed! Danny, not sure what his last name is (he works midday to the night) was so amazing! He always had great energy and really took care of us throughout our stay! Housekeeping is upon request as well anytime before 5 (I think) which I think is so thoughtful after a crazy night of partying in Miami cause sometimes you don't wanna leave that bed! The only thing we were bummed about was Terras not being opened while our stay cause it was def part of our plan! Even though the restaurant/bar was closed, maybe consider opening a part of the rooftop for lounging for your guests! You guys are a hotel that really captures the spirit of Havana, some of us would just love to stay and hang out for a little bit before our next adventure! My entire point is, if you wanna explore Little Havana which is staple here in Miami and also stay super close to all the hot spots in Miami (Wynwood, Brickell, South Beach) this is best of all worlds. Uber most of the time was less than $20 nothing more than $30. This is your spot! I will be returning and totally interested in checking out different Life houses!! One word : FRAUD. They charge you with things you DID NOT take from the mini bar. And they do so once you left, saying they "have proof" but never sent some and stop the discussion. So I absolutely have no solution to have the money they stole from me back. By the way, that's without saying it's already way too expensive compared to other hotels in Miami that have pool, gym, free breakfast for the same price. Avoid this hotel and avoid Samuel and Andrew if you want to keep your money safe.

I was so excited to stay here because it looked so comfy and nicely decorated. Unfortunately my shower flooded both times I used it. The water went up to my ankles within 5 minutes. I let concierge know both times and they came to fix it, however the problem still remained. The room I stayed in smelled like it had water damage. I asked to leave early by one night and was refused. I would NOT recommend this place. The rooftop bar is also closed.

Gotta go back. Rooftop experience is incredible along with the hidden patio on the bottom floor
