Unfortunately this has to be the most incompetent, un-solution driven & most difficult branch I have ever worked with. I will be closing our account due to Louisa in professional approach. Terrible service. I feel so bad for Christopher the only person there that is worth anything.

Have been coming here for years, there times throughout the days lines are big, there are helpful worker just depends on the situation, sometimes the atm outside don’t work but definitely saves time

Worst Chase location ever. I needed to handle something that would have taken 15 mins as per what the nice young lady in the front told me. They asked if I had one of the documents that is needed for the service and I had the documents in hand and yet they(the manager) still refused to assist me and told me to come tomorrow. Mind you there were not that many people in the branch when I went. I’m sure they had their OWN SPECIFIC reason as to why they didn’t want to assist me with what I needed. Maybe I should report them to the higher ups…
