Had a great stay at the Marriott Dadeland. Conveniently located within walking distance of Dadeland Mall, a Publix, the metro rail, and other neat attractions for those visiting the area. Friendly staff as well. Traveled with a family of 4, 2 kids - great experience!

At this point in life they charge for the Internet !!!. Okay when it comes to ultra fast internet. But normal service is included even in 2 star hotels. Parking is also very expensive. The rooms are a bit old.

Horrible customer service at the front desk. Very dismissive staff and the manager/supervisor wasn’t any better. Very disappointing. I usually never stay with the Marriott and this just furthered my dislike. Would never stay again and would not recommend. If I could give Zero stars I would.

One block
There is no longer a shuttle. It stopped at the beginning of the year (2018), I was surprised too. It used to be around $17. You can usually take an Uber for a pretty good price, or you can take the metrorail. It's slower but it's very cheap. It picks up at the airport and will take you all the way to the corner by the hotel (Dadeland South station, the last station on the route). It's just a couple minutes' walk from there. Just be aware the metrorail gets very crowded on the way to the airport.
