Literally, the only purpose atp for brick and mortar banks is to use the atm. Drive thru broken for months, lobby wont open either. Hence 1 star 👎🏽

Yes, the branch is open. They have stickers on the floor for social distancing and someone greeting you at the door in case you need to speak to a banking officer.
