If I can give 0 stars I would. I went twice to rent a car and Victor is the OPPOSITE of customer service. Yes or no answers and no enthusiasm to help. He claimed I can cancel my reservation by calling a 1-800 number to finish our conversation. Must be great to get paid and sit all day with a mentality like his.

Made a reservation in the morning and when I went in the afternoon to put up my "reservation" they had no cars. When I asked them if they can find another hertz that has cars their reply was "we can't do that" very unhelpful. No one wants to work. When I walked in the 2 employees that were working were sitting down talking laughing not working. When I asked for help they refused to assist. They obviously have no care for the customers. I highly recommend not using this hertz for anything. You'll be disappointed amd you would be wasting your time.

Warning! This company is a scam. We wanted to rent a car and I was sketchy of doing it online even though everything looked fine I wanted to do it in person. They had plenty of cars to reserve even if the date was for the next day. However when we got there they told us they didn't have any available cars for the next day and according to their website in this exact location they had plenty

This was a nightmare rental experience! First we had a flat tire. Then it caused us a delay in returning the car. No one answers at the location for help. You get transferred out of the country. They have no clue how to help. Then we arrived to return the car. Hertz 800 number said put the key in the box NO BOX! They said to leave the car. A mess! So I tried to call today and you still can’t get through to a human to be sure the car was received properly

you put your credit card as a pre-approval.. final bill will be deducted from the credit card when you return the vehicle
