My 5 star review is solely based on the employee named Mercedes (Mercy) at this location. I had a reservation set weeks ago for the Pinecrest location yet the morning of I get notified there are no vehicles. I called every Enterprise near me with no luck until speaking with Mercedes. She took her time to put me on hold to check their inventory and informed me of the good news. When I arrived she was the nicest Enterprise employee over the last three years of renting with them (even though she was the only one at the desk juggling 4 customers). Her dedication to helping me and her kindness should not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mercy

Very good service by the employees, but I think that the options for truck rental should be improved.

Had to 45 min on a reservation. High milage cars that are not maintained and not cleaned well. Had to turn in a car breaking down on me in the middle of the road trip. When complaining on there service and there wrongfull charges they hang up on you. They just don't care. Horrible.

!!!!!!!! RENTER BEWARE !!!! OCT 2022 My original bill went up from $300 to $500. Told them I had my own insurance and end up charging me without my AUTHORIZATION. I even gave them my insurance information. Ask for your final contract upon getting the vehicle, since I was never given one.
