Frank was so nice and worked with us until we was able to get out rental! From the time they open at 7 am to 12 Frank allowed us to sit in the office while we waited on our friends to send us more money! He was very patient with us even when a lady was not so patient for her rental we watched him remain calm and cool with her! Frank goes above and beyond for the customers! Thank you Frank because of you we will enjoy our vacation!!!!

Correct they will not answer the phone, I was calling them for emergency since they rent me a car whose battery was draining every time I stopped...twice I was stranded in two different beaches in FL, twice I called them...at the end someone else helped me with electricity needed to jumpstart the car...very dangerous business...STAY AWAY

You have to use a credit card for the down-payment but you can use a debit card for the other charges

Yes. I have a florida license but study in GA and I was able to rent with debit card and showing them my return flight. No utility bill needed

Lies. They suck. They have 300 deposit of mine and won't answer the phone for a week. I'll be contacting my credit card today to get it back.
