We were very fortunate to have found Marlon Cadenas as a realtor. Patient, honest and transparent are some of his many qualities, always answering our calls and answering our questions. My wife and I give Marlon two thumps up!

Questions & Answers

s Miami a good place to buy a house?

Sandra Hendrix | Nov 2, 2021
Marlon Cadenas Miami Realtor | Nov 2, 2021

Absolutely!!! Miami is the gate to Latin America and Europe. We receive tourists and real estate investors from all over the world. Miami is the city with the latin flavor but it has also become more diverse with people from all over the world. So whether you are looking for a second home to spend vacation time, or for an investment opportunity, Miami is the place to be.

How much money do you need to buy a house in Miami?

It depends on the type of property and the price. It also depends on whether you are an investor or first time buyer. If you want to buy a condominium, more than likely, you will have to give 20-25% down payment. If you are a first time buyer, there are loan programs where 3.5% or 5% down payment is enough. If you are an investor, the lender will require at least a 20% down payment. For someone buying a second home, a 10% down payment may be required by the lender.
