Anita is an excellent attorney. Knowledgeable and accessible. She and her staff at MattLaw made our very arduous journey of a lawsuit seamless and reduced our family’s stress. Knowing she and her team were taking care of us was a relief. We are so thankful for the team who helped us every step of the way- Tina & Lisa kept up with absolutely all of the details for our case. Thank you from the Lynch family.

I was in a very serious auto accident. While in the hospital, I was looking into a law firm to represent me. I was not at fault in this accident. I came across Matt Law and was very interested in retaining them. I spoke with several individuals and Matt even came to my house to talk about the case. After that, I confident that his firm was going to do everything they can to help me. Litigation is a very serious matter and from day one, they work like every case will go to trial. This ensures that no detail will be missed and the best possible case is presented. My main contact was Anita DiGiacomo, Esq. From the time we were introduced, she has worked with me on a weekly basis. Anita and her staff were very responsive and answered all of my questions. If they needed anything I gave it to them and If I needed anything, they worked it out. As this case was a complex one, the time and attention devoted to my case was over the top and more than anyone can expect. If I am injured again, I will only go to them. Anita is a world class attorney and she fights for her clients. Nothing is left on the table. It’s not just about doing legal paperwork, its about helping people who are hurt and not in the best of spirits. I want to thank all of the staff at Matt Law. Anita & Tina have been great to me and they let me get back on track while they do the heavy lifting. I will not go to anyone else and I highly recommend anyone who is needing an attorney to retain MattLaw. You will not go wrong.

Hello Matt this is Emil Chaveriat Our home was vandelized they got off with over $19,000 when they are arrested can I sue their parents civilly?

Yes, you can sue the parents, however, there is a case that says a parent may not be held responsible unless you can show the parent knew the child's behavior was likely or predictable.
