The food and coffee are average. Prices are fair, as a cafe small things add up easily. Service is good, they have a small window where you order and the order accuracy is good.

Worst Cuban sandwich ever it was so dry i had one thin piece of meat and cheese on it, two tiny pickles , barely any mustard i don’t recommend

Enjoyed the pastries and coffee in this instance called a colada(Cuban coffee), and the steak sandwich I got! I came back several times for the coffee absolutely the best one I tried in Florida.

I would have talked to the person in charge and fixed the situation. As the boy said, some days are not good for everyone.
For their drinks they offer milk or water options; I've never been offered a milk substitute like the ones you've mentioned though I haven't specifically asked
