Sutter Roseville Medical Center Emergency Department

I will join the long list of people who have had a horrible experience with Sutter Roseville ER. Let me start by saying that I have two family members who work for Sutter so I have a decades long history with the system. So, what I experienced last night was incredibly disappointing. My granddaughter ended up here after having a bloody nose and migraine that lasted for 7 hours straight. We were very worried so her mommy and I took her to Urgent Care. Unfortunately, Urgent Care told us they couldn't help because they were unable to run the tests needed to be sure there was nothing serious happening. That's how we ended up at the emergency room instead. I was SHOCKED at the rudeness and disrespect shown by the security guard AND the front desk person. Look, I understand they have protocols and I understand it is probably a frustrating environment. But there is NO excuse for treating anyone like garbage. Especially when children are involved! If this had been my first experience with Sutter, I would seriously consider going elsewhere.

This emergency room is way better than Kaiser , very careful stuff, clean (remodeled) facility , very fast and professional care. I was surprised! Thank you

Without a doubt my worst ER room treatment ever and according to these other reviews going back at least a year this is a permanent state of affairs. It clearly makes no difference to these people and nothings gonna change. Something else I've noticed these people are great at giving lip service and doing nothing. It's really sad to cause this should be one of the best ERs in the county and it's far from it.

This facility provides excellent care to their patients. From emergency room physicians and staff, to the hospitalist physician care and floor staffng and MRI tech, I received such caring attention and follow through from staff. We are grateful to Roseville Medical Ctr., not only for my treatment and care, but also for the respect and care extended to my spouse during that time. The neurosurgeon Dr. Jamoona is by far the top of my list for all. Thank you to all who provided care: Nursing assistant- Tracy and Sam were just the best. Nurses- Alexa, Alana, Were great caring, and attentive RNs.
