Clean, nice staff and patrons. A good gym to get in and out of with a predictable time to get it all in. Not a place for small children.

It's great that the health club is open 24 hours. The only drawback is the other people at the hub club that are not always mindful of being loud in the pool area or jacuzzi area

Equipment is old and not kept up compared to the other 24hr Fitness gyms. This place needs new equipment. The type of person this particular gym attracts is high school boys who socialize more than workout out and the type of gym goer that collects dumbbells for hours for 1 exercise.

If I could give zero stars to this location, i will! Good luck if you are trying cancelling your membership with them. I showed up in person to get this handled but I was told no manager was there to get it canceled but that they could call me to get it done. I said sure that's fine and i gave them my information. I waited for a week and never got a call back. I called and told them I was supposed to get a call to get it cancelled and then was told no one was there AGAIN. They assured me that on Sunday morning Michelle who is the assistant manager will call me to get this cancelled. Sunday arrived and it's already afternoon and NOTHING. I called again and stated that i need to be directed to a Michelle but no surprise when they told me she wasn't there. I exclaimed to the front desk that i need to be connected to someone who can cancel my membership now. They ended up redirecting my call the Citrus Heights to get this done.
