Went to the clinic to get a rabies booster for one of our dogs. The clinic is disorganized with no one to really give information. Upon arrival, we were told to scan a QR code in order to enter the virtual line. There was no one to help if someone is disabled or doesn't have a smartphone. The problem was that the QR site wasn't working well, and several clients waited nearly an hour to get their dogs' vaccinated, only to find they'd never been properly registered in the queue. I tried the website several times, and was unable to connect the entire time I was there, with a 5G phone. Several clients had this problem, and the store was read the riot act by one customer. We got our shots, but that was it. Hopefully they can fix this in the future.

The customer service at this store is out of this world! I was so shocked by the pricing of things, I thought they would be overly expensive, but they are very reasonable. I highly recommend this site for dog parents who love to spoil their fur babies. The guy working gave me tips for the new slow feeder I purchased and the lady helped me pick out some calimg treats for a long upcoming trip. I will definitely be back! They also have dog washing stations that looked super clean.

Always great service better than pets smart. The staff here treat us like family. And they are knowledgeable in their products. You don't walk around like you are a zombie when you are here!! They help so much with anything you need 5 stars thanks to the staff and mangers.

Yes, Jane, however, due to Covid, they have stopped doing that for now. I went in yesterday and had asked about that and I was told that they are hoping to resume that sometime in the Summer months

It was on thurs the 9th at that location. They'll be at the Antioch shelter in a couple weeks. The next petfood express event is at the Pinole location. If you go to the Arf website scroll down to the bottom and touch events.
I don't think so. ARF has clinics in the parking lot. Check with them to see their schedule. The spca also does low cost vaccinations.
Danny, dog adoptions are on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm and Sundays from 11am to 2pm.
