They're only as good as how much you, meaning caring relative or friend or advocate are willing to pay attention. You must be aware of what type of care is to be expected here, versus what care is received. Someone should always be an advocate or a person who will stand up for what is needed in terms of proper care for the patient. All I can say is just be aware. Do we expect dogs to behave like cats? No, so if you bring or wind up here and you're expecting to get A+ care from a facility you can observe is not that kind of place, then change it. Move them, stay on top of staff when appropriate, and listen to patient, above all else, listen!

The CNAs don’t bathe their patients regularly and treated a patient so awful. They refused to give patient water when asked for it eso since there was no need to hold water. The CNA that took care of the patient was not compassionate and demanded the patient move as she wanted even though patient was not able to. Horrible place to be at

Very friendly staff that make you feel comfortable upon admission. The facility had a small renovation and is very nice and comfortable.
