Positive: Nothing did not stay there on June 17th. And I'm not staying there on the 24th. I staying at the Best Western a few exits South. The place was a joke was not clean,Air Conditioner did not work properly and there were Moths flying around in the room. I wou Negative: See above I'd like you to get my money back place was disgraceful

The room was falling apart. The screws holding the security swing lock on the door were loose. A piece of the baseboard moulding was coming away from the wall exposing a hole. A clump of hair was on the middle of the bathroom floor. The cleaning solutuon/bleach that was used to disinfect the room was very overwhelming making it difficult to sleep.

Only reason for 1 star is because of the nice lady at the front desk. This place was sketchy as soon as we pulled up. Everyone had their doors open for some reason which we thought was weird. We get in the room and it's hot, so we try to turn on the air conditioning. Just looking at the unit, it looked old and dusty, but we tried it. Second we turned it on, literal flames came out of the wall! Not just sparks, flames! Lucky the curtains didn't catch on fire and burn the place down. Very scary hotel, would not recommend!

If I could give it 0 I would, this place is terrible. They should’ve payed me to stay here with the amount of problems this place has. Outlets are loose and some don’t even have covers! The shower head height seems to be designed for midgets or toddlers and the shower curtain is too short and allows water to pour onto the floor. the front door of my room is broken and the lock is messed up. Not to mention I turn around to look around in the room and see a bug standing on top of the tv staring at me. This is my first time staying here and definitely the last.
