Walked inside to eat lunch to be greeted by an absolute mess at the front counter. There were no lines and people were just standing around wondering what to do (it didn’t help that the lady at the front seemed to be in no hurry at all). So, we left to see if the drive thru would be more efficient. But sadly enough, the wait was about 35 minutes. Food was alright but someone needs to get this place in order.

Today was our second time to ever visit a Zaxby's. The first was excellent. But they were out of fried pickles. Went back today. Food was good but service was not. Charged for soda when we only ordered and hot water. Finally did refund but with a lot of angst on the store's side. Silly little thing but when all the workers then congregate at the front to stair and talk it made for an uncomfortable environment. Would have just shrugged off $$ but $6 is too much for us to shrug off. Disappointing.

Listen we were traveling from Florida to up north and was hungry. Two guys suggested Zaxby's wings and tings and when I tell you I ate everything and only left was the bones. Only downfall was the bread was not freshly toasted. Other than that food was great. Don't be shy grab you some Zaxby's

I’ll start by saying the food was good and hot… AFTER it took them 18 minutes to get it to us… and they were not busy at all. The employees were too busy arguing with each other about a drawer being short some amount of money. Also, the trash cans were over flowing and there was trash all over the floor in dining room. 1/10 would not come back.
