This is one of my favorite restaurants when I come home to see my mom. Tonight was my worse experience with the staff and owner. It doesn't matter if the error is as small as giving me chips vs. Fries or not toasting my buns. Give me what I paid for ($21 worth of food). Apologize when you make a mistake, don't say you didn't cook it. The owner wouldn't come to the phone to take the complaint. Their choice was either bring the subs back to be made again or get a refund. The server also said be sure to bring the subs back for the refund. Are you insinuating I wanted a free sub? You made the error not me. Maybe if there was a diverse staff you would think that way. The only African Americans I saw were in the kitchen. There have been multiple occasions where the servers and this particular owner has been rude and hard to work with when they mess up your food. These are young girl half my age allowed to be rude to customers. The owner should be ashame of himself to allow this. Customers should really consider not patronizing these restaurants for bad behavior. Note: I was not rude or nasty or ugly. This started with the rude server who took my order and never confirmed anything I said. She wrote down fries vs. Chips. If you can't deal with the public don't work in public places. Food is usually good as long as the italian guys are working in the kitchen. The one in latta is always run by kids and the food socks. But tonight, the pizzeria in dillon messed up. I asked for bacon tomato and basil on my pizza. First they told me that don't have basil (a seasoning found in the sauce) and then gave me ENTIRE STRIPS OF STILL PALE PINK, UNDER COOKED BACON. Trying to make people sick I see! Under cooked pork always leads to stomach flu.... Heck your food before you leave peeps!

We were traveling to Florida from North Carolina. I got a flat tire, and the nearest tire shop was in a town called Dillon. It was gonna take two hours so we decided to eat at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. It’s one of the best I ever had. The burger was good. The service was okay.
