•RACIST ESTABLISHMENT •DO NOT RECOMMEND TO THE COLORED FOLKS LIKE ME! •WAS DENIED ENTRY INTO THEIR OFFICE ON 5/25/22! •BUT NOT DENIED ENTRY INTO THEIR FLORENCE OFFICE? •TELL ME WHY? The lady in the pink hat was definitely given a heads up by their Florence location, that we were on the way. I say that because while driving down this long dirt road just to get to this tow shop. Before I could even park my car, I see that a lady in a pink hat is standing at the office front door with it halfway opened. After exiting my vehicle she never greeted me at all. Her first words were "Destiny L., are you Destiny L.?, I can only let Destiny L. inside of here!" I kindly stated "No I am not Destiny L., I am Julie S. and it was my brother that was involved in the car accident that happened today!" The lady in the pink hat proceeded to say "Well only the vehicles owner can come inside of the office." I kindly asked "Why is that when the facility in Florence let us both inside?" The lady in the pink hat then stated "We've had so many people steal things at this location, so that's why I cannot let you inside!" ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^HUGE RED FLAG^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ In my mind I'm thinking to myself … Well what does that have to do with me going inside of your office? So at this point I then understood what was going on (racial profiling me at its finest). •DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE A BROWN SKINNED NATIVE AMERICAN LIKE ME! •I WAS STEREOTYPED BEFORE I EVEN OPENED MY CAR DOOR TO GET OUT!!!!! •God saw how y'all treated me!!!! God doesn’t like ugly!!!!!

We were stuck on I95 on a trip from Fla to NC and they towed us. Our air conditioning compressor clutch froze putting the engine in jeopardy. They then replaced the compressor for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. All the staff was very helpful driving to and from our hotels. They could not have done a better job.

I think this was the best repair service I have ever encountered! It was a difficult problem that occurred in April, 21. The emergency brake on this Ford E450 RV that was on the tail of the transmission blew the bearings to the driveshaft, making a grinding noise and vibration that seemed to come from the front end. Had it towed to a Ford dealer in Conway SC that couldn't figure it out. Problem seemed to go away so I started driving it and the noise and vibration returned, was incredibly lucky to have to exit and park at a Wal-Mart just one mile from their shop. Even then it took me and 3 mechanics working together to figure it out. The owner allowed us to stay in the RV during the week long process to diagnose, obtain a rare part, and install. Additionally the owner drove 45 minutes out of his way to pick up a used part that saved me over $1000! Can't say enough good about the owner and crew.

Got towed in and tow truck driver was very nice and quick to respond. Shop guys were nice and tried to get me rolling quick and got me out before they closed but i got 60 miles down the road and my belt they just put on broke because the guy that put my alternator and belt on installed the pulled backwards and it shredded the belt
