Passing through headed back to Florida, met the GM in the drive thru, phenomenal customer service really went above and beyond. She has a great crew is very polite. Gave some free nuggets to my husky. And some free frosties for our meal. Give this store a raise because they were busy. 20/10 would recommend this location above all.

Don’t go there!!! Walked in and two people were standing behind the register talking. One had his arm over top of the register talking to the other. She was looking straight ahead at me. He never looked at me for a solid 30 seconds and I was two feet from the cashier. I lifted my hand and waved, smiled and said hello to the manager cashier women and she smiled back and kept talking to her co worker. I looked back at my husband standing behind me and he was shocked we were purposely being ignored. He said let’s go so we turned around and headed for the door and neither said anything to us as we left. I have never been ignored at the counter by a cashier like that before. This happened at 3:45pm on Saturday March 19, 2022. I am still in shock 45 mins later. Wish I could give them zero stars!

We waited 25 minutes at the speaker and they still did not take our order, just kept saying they would be with us. We left...many others behind us were leaving. Dillon, SC Wendys. They need help big time. The car we were behind was still sitting at the window waiting for their order. Sad!!

Arrived people leaving, as we grab the door to enter its locked now mind you its 123pm on a sunday. Walk to the other door locked. Walk back to first door a customer opens the door to allow us in. Door locks again, let more people in cashier ask me to stop letting customers in as they are getting ready to close the dining room. Why not put a sign up? Ok order food get my cup go to fill it up no diet drinks. Nothing like being diabetic and unable to get a beverage I just paid for...
