I've been in Granite point for 4 years....I have nothing bad to say about living here. The office staff has always been extremely respectful, on top of anything I have ever needed repairs, never late, and never not the same day if requested. They loved visits from my young son and they love when you bring in your dog to visit. The maintenance man named Will is very kind and trustworthy. The apartments are set up nice, large bathroom, roomy kitchen. If I would change anything it would be the hot tub access rules. Not shaded and only open during buisness hours, it's too hot during the summer to use the hot tub. I'm sad to learn Mccatheren management is leaving and new owners have taken over. I will miss the sweet ladies in the office. I'm praying the new owners are as professional as you.

This company is a fraud!! People who need their lease to be takeover are being lied to, their deposit being taken by this company, and charged more money for getting out of their lease the responsible way.(even when they do find someone to take their lease over). Just to rent it out for higher prices and get another deposit. The greedy man getting greedier!! Then the people trying to take their lease over are being lied to that it's not available and offered a higher priced apartment. As you read the other comments, you can see this company has a long history of taking everyone's money. It needs to stop!! PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM!!

Living in Granite Point Apartments was not bad. They repaired things that needed it when requested (fulfilling minimal duties). But upon moving out, don't expect a security deposit refund, unless you ask for it, three times, over two months, for YOUR money. Then, when you get it back, they'll say they had to get new stovetop drip pans for $130! And they'll say they mailed it to you two months ago.

Second year living in these apartments. Management is great. Such a convenient location and apartment is cozy and nice. Haven't had any issues. Really do love it here.
