Absolutely AWFUL. KPS Management is horrible. I took over someone's lease and didn't need the garage. I was told it was fine and that they'll take it off. What I wasn't told was that they needed a month notice. That was in September. So when I paid rent for October, I was 40$ short (I even paid in person and they didn't mention the garage payment!) So I went on paying my rent on time, thinking everything was fine. Why wouldn't it be? Well in the middle of DECEMBER is when they finally decided to mail me the notice that my account was delinquit 340$. It took them 3 days and lots of phone tag (they never answer) before they figured out where it went wrong! Then the manager at the office on mullan told me she's "too busy to let people know they're accounts are short" and that it's not her job to call, it's not her problem. They are all incredibly rude. They don't help with anything at all. There was a problematic resident that they did nothing about. The apartment itself wasn't 10/10, but it wasn't, terrible I guess. Grounds weren't kept tho. So yeah, definitely would not recommend.
