You could not pay me to live in these apartments. I have a number of friends who live there, and they have nothing but trouble from the management company. I know the woman who had her food eaten, and TV left on by someone being in her apt while she was on vacation. The grounds are not kept up,except for the lawn. The bushes are over grown, and tenants are responsible for clearing their walls of ice and snow in the winter. The main walks are cleared with a path 12 inches wide, but tenants must clear from their door to the main walk. I know 3 tenants who have fallen in the last 2 years. And received serious injuries, but management denies any responsibility for the frozen sidewalks and dangerous conditions in the winter. There are inspections every few months, privacy is always invaded. This last winter the management tried to close the restrooms in the community center after 5pm, even though there were community events scheduled for the building. Their solution? Residents and guests would have to use one of the residents bathrooms if they needed to go. I called CCI and left an voice mail complaining about management and requesting they contact me. The response I got was a call from the management of Pines Terra, not CCI. Several others got the same response. A call from the manager whom they called to complain about. There is never enough parking there, yet management takes more and more spaces, and the closest ones to the offices and residences. Management has taken one of the two community centers for their offices, and many grants given to the complex to improve the community are spent by management on who knows what. The residents certainly don't see the fruits of them. Stay away or rent at your own peril.

I worked here before and there are great people living here and the management company owns the building. They are fantastic. They really care about the people and they actuallt put money into their apartments to keep them well maintained and looking decent. I took off a star because parking and signs need improvement.
