Went to visit a friend and there were tweezers hanging out in front of the building. Guy cutting the grass there must be super cheap and blind grass looks horrible must not own a weed eater over growth of weeds everywhere.paint on the building is coming off and my friends apartment has old appliances that look like there from the 80's worn out and broken.

Place has mice and bedbugs real bad. Very little is done about it. Dumpsters over flowing often. There is no weekend snow removal service. Maintenance is slow and not very knowledgeable about decent and common repairs. Grounds are dirty and unkept, trees and bushes unmanaged. Staff are rude, and dont follow protocol. Cops are there alot. Dont rent there awful awful place.

Worst renting experience i have ever had. They charged me more than my deposit was for cleaning when i left the apartment cleaner than it was when i moved in. My entire 6 month lease i never had one maintenance request fulfilled. From day one my dishwasher was clogged and disgusting inside. the lady in the office suggested i run a cycle with bleach to clean it, when it should have been cleaned before i moved in. when that didn't work i filled out multiple requests to have it fixed and never heard back. The manager is hard to get a hold of. Another big issue i had was the washer leaking and making the whole apartment smell awful, again no one ever came to fix it. all of the drains were clogged and would back up and hold water over night. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car because i can promise you that would be a more pleasant experience.

Poorly managed I lived there for 2 years. I put in for screens for door and windows several different times and never did get them. Lights outside where broken took 4 months to replace. Almost fell on the stairs during winter because they refused to clean them off. Me and my mother went in and completely cleaned everything and now they want me to pay them $150 . So they are saying there was $350 worth of damage, really there is no why that's true or they would of told me during our walk through.
