My husband went here after having what we suspected was a broken collar bone for a week. He's been in a lot of pain and finally got to be unbearable. They took x-rays and an MRI to confirm that yes, it's broken. Gave him a sling and a referral to another doctor. Told him "if it still hurts this bad tomorrow, call us and we'll give you some pain medication". Now, I'm not a doctor, but I've never heard of a broken bone magically healing overnight. Sending someone out of here with a legit BROKEN BONE that's been broken for a week is ridiculous. He's already maxed out on Tylenol and ibuprofen and now he gets to suffer another day, for literally no reason, before he can manage the pain. Real great patient care you got going on there.

If I could go half a star I would. They have nice management but one of there nurses messed up on a diagnosis and they ended up charging me for a x-ray I didn't need it I would of gotten told the right diagnosis. Anyways I would definitely be careful to what they tell you, it could be wrong and it will make you pay way more then you can afford or you could be right about them being wrong and they will still take there employees side so they don't look like a company that doesn't know anything. Super disappointed in how they handle a mistake they caused. Hopefully the next man who is injured like I was won't be getting lied to.

Providence took care of us yesterday. There was about a 15 minute wait. Adrienne was patient and efficient checking my daughter and mom in. She was also so kind. Being seen took about an 1hour for results and the initial exam for both of them, so it was fast. But the provider LISTENED to their concerns and was able to diagnose properly and give some great discharge instructions. So thank you for taking care of us!

I have had so many issues with this urgent care from mixing up dose of medications with younger and older children,. Lack of professionalism with the receptionists is always a huge issue. From nasty, rude comments via the phone and in person. Today I notified the receptionist that I was contacted by the cdc stating that I was in close contact on Monday 5 days prior. She told me to stop talking about it and don't mention it to staff. I sat waiting with my family member and could hear her talking to the other receptionist about it.. She was so rude saying that I don't want to hear it or what you ate or what nationality you are. We were called back I I said I can here you. I told the nurse that the receptionists were unprofessional and she hurried us along. When we left they had security at the desk and it was very apparent that they were waiting for me as their comments when we left. I have called and left messages for the providence supervisor to call and that has not happened. Tomorrow I will try again.
