Had a ductless system (mini splits) installed April 2021. The whole job from beginning to end went great. The 2 guys who came and did our estimate, went over and beyond to figure out how to run the system from the east side of our house ground floor, to the west side on the second floor. On day of install they moved one piece of it so it did not run through the master closet. Which worked better. Every person we had contact with was nice and very polite. They had a lot of respect for our home and cleaned up after themselves very well. And we did get three quotes from different companies. Falco's was the only company who worked hard not to run the system on the outside of our house. that was important to us. And all quotes were within $200.00 of each other. From quote to install day? Under 2 weeks. System works great. OK. The bad. Or not great. We ended up with 4 inch square electrical light switch metal boxes by every head in the house. We weren't aware this was going to happen. But it is required by code we were told. They put a standard light switch plate on the 4 inch square box. It is ugly. I asked if they made plates that fit and I was told no. Not available. I have ordered on line, from Kyle Switch Plates, 3 cover plates that will actually fit the boxes. An extra $29.80. Also I did not know I had to call and set up an inspection with our county. Until end of install day. I called the next business day and they gave me a day of their choosing and it is for anytime after 8 AM. That's it, an entire day window. This is not Falco's fault. But I would of like to know about this extra step when we discussed the install. But they were great and our install went great and our system runs great. We definitely recommend Falco's Spokane Valley.
