Absolutely love Arbys so decided to order lunch for me and coworker. The milkshake i ordered tasted like pure coffee which is disgusting. My French dip didn't come with the sauce either which is very disappointing. Was looking for something that would taste great but left me feeling even worse than not eating lunch.

Arby's used to be good. But, recently ( Last few times ) I've waited 20 minutes for cold food and wrong order! When I ask for extra lettuce they don't give me any. If I ask for curly fries, I get hard straight fries. I don't know what's wrong with their employees but they're careless! It'll be awhile before I go back to this one.

This Arby's has never disappointed! The food is always hot and fresh. The portions have not gone down and prices sky-rocket like so many other places, they've never messed up my order and that's awesome. Just tried the new burger and it is great!!! Good job!

I was sitting in the lobby enjoying my beef and cheddar when I overheard 2 elderly women discussing the fact that they were once strippers. I looked at my sandwich, dripping with cheese sauce and honey mustard and completely lost my appetite. The orange cream shake didn't help with the visual. I may need therapy before I can return.
