Very poorly managed and maintained. Have been a resident almost month and have had issues regarding maintenance, as well as severe respiratory problems while inside our unit. Management has done the bare minimum to take care of my health concerns and will not let us out of our lease. The oven was not working for the first two and half weeks, and after multiple requests, we were finally able to use the kitchen. For all the trouble that this has been, definitely not worth the money for a unit here. Money hungry management/owners.

Repeated noise complaints - no action taken Threats of gun violence from fighting neighbors, police calls and reports with requested videos of said danger submitted - no action taken Leak from upstairs neighbors bathtub resulting in damage to bathroom ceiling - called, entered work orders and filed complaints, - no action taken Broken dishwasher resulting in building mold unattended to for several months High turnover resulting in inconsistent help with above-stated complaints Closing work orders filed for outstanding requests marked by personnel as complete when they infact weren't attended to at all Appears to be best value for square footage but unadvertised conservice charges create equivalence to competitors Low deposit collected at move out for required cleaning service Lots of young renters, party noise - repeated instances of kids partying right outside windows, drug deals et.al. Rent at your own risk

The staff has always been very helpful even before becoming a resident. The virtual tour was helpful due to the pandemic. And the property application is very useful for scheduling maintenance and rent payments. The property is well maintained, and the floor plans are very spacious. The mixture of hardwood and carpeted space is placed perfectly. The best thing is how quiet they are. Makes it easy to be on a different schedule than the rest of the world.

I’ve lived at Aspen for almost two years now, and we are huge fans! The office staff are wonderful, and always are willing to help. I love the hardwood floors and spacious cupboards. The patios are cute and private and it’s pretty quiet around here! Perfect little place to call home. ❤️
