I love these apartments. I've lived here 5 years now and yes there is a little police activity but with this many people living in a small area it's enviable. It makes me feel like home moving here from the east side. Great management indoor pool is amazing.

My babysitter lives here and we visit 3 days per week. It's recommended to lock your car as there has been thefts and break ins. Unfortunately you will find drugs everywhere these days but very prevalent here. My babysitter has a camera in her window for the safety of her family. Sad.

I love living here. It isn't a retirement home. The law is here a few times a week but that doesn't bother me, I came from the eastside. And considering the amount of people in this small complex it really isn't that bad that they are. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Rec room is very nice. Maintained well.

I have a friend who lives in these. The apartments are nice enough. As a botanist I was rather disappointed in the lack of landscaping upkeep. The previous visit I had noted how clean it was, and now it’s like they just don’t care.
