I lived in this apartment complex from 2015 to 2019. We had problems with management until they changed management and the experience improved drastically! I was sad to leave the place but I would recommend this place there is still apartment improvements that need to happen but the current management is working really hard to get that taken care of! I would love to move back into this place.

Well my experience here at the south hill commons has been the best ive ever had. Our manager here would give you the shirt off his back ive never had an issue its actually been the complete opposite ive never encountered such a wonderful managment if it wasnt for him my family would still be in a shelter. He really cares for his renters. The pool is great my daughter was in it all summer with never any problems. And ive seen many others as well. I love it here i would definantly recommend this place. Home is where you make it. Ive made mine here. As long as you take responsibility for your own stuff you should have no problem

maintenance wasn't very good, our fridge always broke,water filled up in our bathroom light from the people upstairs, some of the neighbors were crazy, other than all that the apartment and location itself was nice!

True the manager is always busy but he has alot to do, i've been trying to get into this place for yrs and now i'm here. My place look bigger before i got my stuff in here but in all i like it and i don't have any mold and about the halls they would stay clean if people would care where they live. I clean outside of my door all the time that would help the manager so he can get things done.
