(May 2022) The current manager is nosey, and there are tenant "spies" who take pictures of your kids in the yard playing. I wouldn't recomend this place if you like to have company over because there's little parking unless you park outside the fence on the roads...

When I first moved here I felt safe until the management staff kept changing the landlords lie now it doesn't take a genius to know that. You've got to get 500 miles ahead of them because you never know when something is going down. We've had more inspections than normal yet they keep bringing drugs here whatever you do don't try living here good thing I live across the street from my church that's the only place I do feel safe.

Hi Nina, Our current policy checks credit but not credit score, as outlined below: Credit/Financial Requirements • No bankruptcies with in the past three (3) Years. • No outstanding debts to utility companies (i.e., water, sewer, gas, garbage, or electric within the last seven (7) years. • No outstanding landlord or housing provider debts within the last seven (7) years. • Medical Expenses/Collections will NOT affect your eligibility. • Lack of credit history will be viewed favorably.
