My husband and I have lived here for nearly nine months and have not had any issues until recently when our range completely broke. Oven and burners were completely out. We submitted a maintenance request and received no communication as to when the issue would be looked at. It had been four days when we had to walk into the office ourselves to ask when it would be looked at and was told that someone would come the next day. Two days later we again had to go to the office as we had not heard anything. We were sent an email later that evening that said it would be another week and a half at minimum to get a replacement range. We responded to that email asking about possible compensation or if there was anything we could do to speed up the process. We got no response. We are quite disappointed with the lack of communication and unwillingness to work with us on this issue. We paid full rent to not have an oven for three weeks. Unfortunately, this place isn't worth the money when you have to deal with issues like this.

Adirondack Lodge is a comfortable place to live and I enjoy the diversity of young and old. Management and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. We can walk to restaurants and shops!

Safe, clean living environment. Staff is very friendly and they are great at communicating any message or alert to residents. Clean facilities to use, I personally love my apartment. Especially love the high ceilings, plank flooring, in-unit laundry, and having my own garage located right underneath my unit. I am thankful to live in a place that I feel great about.

Concierge-type service from staff, both office and maintenance. Very attentive to keeping parking areas and sidewalks clear. Feels more like a condominium community than apartments. We love living here!
