I have lived at Park Towers for 6 yrs and am moving not because of management or maintenance which are top notch! I am moving because downtown has gotten so toxic it's more stress than I want or need. I was fortunate to get an apt. when my mother, that lived here, had a stroke and couldn't live on her own. Management at the time (Karen) worked magic and got me in quickly. I have stayed because as I stated staff (Andrea) are always kind and fast friendly response. Adam (maintenance) gets things fixed same day and done correctly. If you don't mind living downtown this would be worth your look.

I ABSOLUTELY love living here! The management is great and efficient, as long as your abiding by building rules and regulations everything runs smoothly. Love having the vending machines, and onsite laundry AND treadmill and bike! I feel very safe as there were new security cameras installed on EVERY floor!!

Hello everyone I would enjoy sharing my fantastic experiences with the Park Tower Apartment building in Spokane, WA!!!!! I have lived in this apartment building for many years... I know all of the following to be true in my many years, for example! The Park Tower Apartment Building security and overall building safety... Camera with audio AND visual recordings. Locked/Limited access building plus a great rapport with the SPD! Friendly helpful staff management has the best customer service 10 STARS very helpful caring dedicated loyal smart and fun. Maintenance technicians fast hard working gets the job done right the 1st time. Social worker on site! Full calendar w/classes groups events and much more! Our fantastic social worker of the Park Tower Apartment Building helps hugely from advice/resources to paperwork to any and all necessities. The Park Tower Apartment Building is the safest coolest best place to live in the entire world. I truly give the rating of here at least 5 stars!!!! I am so blessed to call the Park Tower home. I love it. Especially with the most amazing very enjoyable staff, thank you endlessly.

I had a family member that lived in the building for almost 30 years. But after the new management started it became very uncomfortable for them and after a few years they finally moved out, but after the management telling them they couldn't move for a few months. Come to find out the manager used to work at the Spokane county jail facility Geiger, and was treated some of the tenants like inmates, it was very disturbing.
