I love these apartments. The manager is a bit over bearing at times, but they are very homey. I love the up and down stairs layout. The apartments could use an upgrade by a actual construction company cause stuff is Mickey moused together, but i do love the price.

It's old, but really not a bad community. And the management has done a lot to clean it up recently. Options for 1-4 bedroom apts. Allows pets.

No I doubt it.
Some are allright, not the greatest. It's a bit hard sometimes to get them to fix things and cars get broken into. But some of the apts look good inside and they have 2 story ones. I would say it's a decent, somewhat low income transitional place. I wouldn't use the laundry rooms tho
