I have lived here for 4 years and it is the longest I have stayed in any apt complex. Management is okay. Maintenance they get the job done once an order is in place. Bad on handicap. Difficult going up and down the stairs. Could use more railings including in the pool.

I've never lived in a complex like this before. The people who own these apartments are genuinely good people. Anytime we have maintenance to be done, it's done timely and efficiently. If something is broken or too old they replace it, brand new, no extra charges and no complaints. Through everything that happened in 2020, they had the tenants backs. All in all, I'd recommend this place to anyone! Been a great 3 years so far!!

We've been here for about 2 years now and haven't had any problems. If we need something fixed they come over. Management is good and always nice to me, property is kept up. There's a couple shared laundry rooms, a clean pool, BBQ area, even a playground. Rent is pretty cheap and they're plenty of places around to do shopping, eating, bus stops are in front of the apartment, there's a church on the next block. We don't have a cat but they do allow them here. I'd recommend living here, it's very family oriented.

Lyons Crest has been our stable home for over 3 years and I find it extremely well located, its easy for me to walk to the nearby stores and buy pretty much everything I need. The staff are very friendly, I have never had any problem they have not addressed. The grounds are kept very well maintained especially in winter time, they plow often and ensure the pathways have been cleared of snow. Overall I would recommend Lyons Crest to anyone seeking an apartment in the Spokane area.
