I am completely grateful to Danielle Douglas at daltile. I showed up unannounced with a tiny bathroom project, I needed help with, right away. She agreed to see me, the very next day. I told her I did not have time to wait, to special order, but I wanted some primary colors to add to a white tile shower/bath. She managed to find both yellow and navy blue “liner” tiles. And, she suggested I use subway tiles, instead of common 4 inch square tiles. I used the subway tiles and the liner tiles to create a lovely pattern, I designed myself. My tile guy, Bill with JDubs Handyman Services, also had some advice, and he did a great job. I am really, really happy with how the whole thing turned out. Also, I was planning on using white tiles from a box store, until Danielle showed me the daltile higher quality subway tiles. Everything looks fantastic.

Not realizing that Daltile only sold wholesale, I visited the center looking for tile for a challenging bathroom. Even though I wasn't going to be able to purchase my tile there, DANIELLE DOUGLAS, design coordinator extraordinaire, spent a patient 3 hours with me running back and forth to the backroom to get samples everytime I changed my mind. After deciding, she refused any payment for her expert service. To top it all off, she gave me free samples of the tiles I picked. Thank you Danielle - You rock!
