Im not angry at the staff, but I feel like I paid the price for someone elses mistake. Went in and knew for a FACT I would qualify. Put down all my info and was shortly told after I was declined and that they did not know why. I sincerely believe they put my information in the system in wrong, because I know that wrong or missing information can cause me to be declined. I looked at every other reason why I would not have been accepted and none of the reasons correlated. Then 2 days later, I qualified elsewhere for a more expensive TV. But of course I am now stuck with a hard hit on my credit that I have to make up for. Definitely not happy with that and now Ill never go back to them even if I have 25k in cash, because even if I wanted to finance its too much of a risk with them, and because I already paid a price once and didnt get anything in return. Sorely disappointed. Maybe if I was offered some reparation i. The future when Im looking again, but other than that, Im good.

Went in just to see their selection and prices to compare to other places. Andrew Norton helped us and was extremely knowledgeable on all the tv's. He asked more then the basic question of "do you have any questions?". Best of all he was not pushy at any time. He even went over to the computer to see if he could find the TV we chose at the competitors so they could price match, but when he found they were all on sale for the same price they were offering he offered an extended warranty or an additional $25 off the TV. Got the TV home and the remote would not work, 1 call to Andrew and he walked me through how to fix it and it solved the problem. Will definitely recommend Video only to friends and family and will return in the future.

This was the most pleasant and informative experience I have had at a retail shop in a long time. I was greeted at the door, the sales man was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, but not too pushy. They had a large selection of TV's and home audio and I was bale to find exactly what I was looking for. Even though they already had the lowest prices in town they went ahead and shopped around for me just to make sure I was getting the best price available. I will shop nowhere else from now on for TV's and audio.
