An Apple tech took a look at two items that were either non-fixable or non-refurbishable. I was disappointed thinking that at least the Magic Keyboard could be refurbished. Just before leaving one of the managers asked about my experience. He did not want me to leave 0 for 2 (two items I made an appointment for that neither could be fixed). It was not his fault these items were not salvageable. He gave me a hefty reduction on a new Magic Keyboard, so I purchased it! I believe he went above and beyond! I would recommend Apple, especially this location, to anyone!

I went in yesterday to pick up my replacement phone that I had ordered online, and they made sure to offer for me to hangout while the phone updated in case I had any problems. The staff was absolutely amazing, multiple of them kept stopping by to check on me while I waited for the updates. They also made an effort to engage with my 6 year old that was with me. We were there for a bit while the phone updated, which can be tough for a tiny human, but they made sure that she was feeling okay about the wait by showing her some of the new iPads and watches the entire time. Awesome customer service, thank you so much!

Hi! I wanted to share my story with you all to show my appreciation and Gratitude. I am so thankful for the Apple team who helped me with my series 6 watch. Lindsey, Riley, and another manager in charge ( I never got her name) they went over and beyond to help me with my problem. Long story short my one-year-old lost my Apple Watch. I then did an insurance claim on my watch and I got a refurbished watch through my insurance company. I had the watch for three days and it broke. The light display was broken and the speaker was punctured. I called my insurance company and reported the problem and they refused to help me or replace my watch and never refunded me the $150 that I spend getting the “new” watch. I went down to Apple to see if they could help. They sent it to their technician and there was nothing that they could do to fix it. Lindsay and Riley spent a good week and a half to two weeks trying to help me with my problem. After everything was said and done Apple replaced my watch and upgraded me to a series 7. I am overly joyed with their patience, customer service, and overall just being kind! Thank you so much, Lindsay, Riley, and the other lady who was involved! I am forever grateful. Thank you so much for all of your help. I highly recommend Apple. Their customer service ROCKS!

I spent all day trying to fix my MacBook and finally surrendered to making an appointment at the Apple Store. Jesse fixed my laptop in less than 20 minutes and it only took that long because of updates. Thank you so much for your kind, attentive, and prompt service, Jesse!

Definitely call ahead and schedule an appointment. They do walk-ins but the wait time can vary up to 3 hours +.
