Extremely friendly and helpful. As a new client they jumped right in, to get all my old hospital records.

Go to any other Chas clinics but don’t go here you will end up die before you find out your testing results. Very poor communication and untrained staffs.

Seamless connections with smiles to make your days... I wrote a review on my primary clinic yesterday and I would be remiss if I didn't write this one...I'm not sure how my brain didn't immediately redirect me. If you look at my other post, you'll see that I have a high opinion of my care team and my experience as a whole when it comes to CHAS; this also means I have a high expectation. I needed to transfer my medications here because it's closer to my house, and we all know that a pharmacy is a very important part of any treatment plan. The transitions were totally seamless and Riley along with Krista let me know of some newer program options that would make my pick ups even more convenient and easy. I really am so thankful that I have the team there in my corner now and look forward to being this lucky for as long as I can. :-) I want to make sure that I touch on the fact that this is a very new location (December opening?). New places are always intimidating and there usually isn't much in the way of experiences to look to. It is so nice and cozy inside with the ability to take it all in simply. There are great providers there and who doesn't love a front desk staff that can make you laugh? There also is a procedure room for things that can be handled on site or (god forbid) any urgent needs. That really surprised me because the first impression is that it's a small space with a lot of heart...turns out it's like one of those cafe spots that has a huge capacity in the back for parties. LOL My message here is that you will have a great team that will be excited to work with you and give you new ideas to enrich your experience. I hope this helps some of you out there that have the same trepidation that I do sometimes. I'm happy to answer any questions that I can.

Questions & Answers

Good day, my wife and i are a retired couple that are visiting friends in Spokane. Before returning to Canada we need to get a PCR test, we do not have coverage and wondering where we could get one and what would the cost be?

CHAS North Central Medical Clinic | Aug 22, 2021

Hi Keith, there's no cost to patients for COVID-19 testing. If you have insurance, we will bill your insurance. If you have no coverage, there is no out-of-pocket expense for patients. COVID-19 testing is available at our Spokane North Urgent Care and Spokane Valley Urgent Care locations 7 days a week. You can also visit our SCC testing facility Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm.

When did chas become so horrible, the last two times, over four hour wait times and today, not taking any patients, it didn't use to be this way.

Hi Rogersbullitt, we recognize you're frustrated with our Urgent Care wait times. We do stop taking patients once our Urgent Care schedule is full. There has been an increased demand for urgent care medical care lately and wait times have been slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and hope to see you back in-clinic soon!

Why does it take three and a half four five six hours to see a doctor at this Chas, no matter how few a patients or how many patients, why ?

Hey Rogersbullitt, feel free to call us at 509-444-8200 to schedule an appointment! Wait times are usually minimal with an appointment.
