I had to write a review, because I had a fabulous experience at MultiCare. I changed insurance and was set up with an appointment with Dr. Hanson, who was everything I could hope for in a doctor. There was a little wait (but what doctor's office doesn't have a wait?) but I understood why when I finally met him. Dr. Hanson spent about 45 minutes getting to know me. He asked questions, he listened, he took my concerns seriously and he did what he could and got me into some specialists for the things that require them. I have a bad case of White Coat Fear and I felt so comfortable with him. The desk staff were friendly and professional, as was the CNA who took my vitals. I noticed yesterday that this place has horrible reviews, and I would have been very scared if I'd read them beforehand (thankfully, I didn't) so I decided to tell my story, which honestly couldn't have gone better. Having a doctor that listens to you and makes you feel like your medical issues are important make all the difference.

Ashley Jones is very competent and caring. She always takes time to find out if I am having any issues or problems. I think she is awesome!

Wife had a appointment and she shows up early and at the time of the appointment they tell her they had a scheduling issue. She has to wait a hour after her scheduled appointment to be seen. How does a business mess up a whole hour window of appointments? I strongly recommend not going to this clinic, strongly recommend new management and employees ASAP

My grandma and mother in law have been at this clinic for a couple years. They saw Ashley Jones. She has been wonderful working with both of them. Ashley went on leave and I don't know what's happened to the reception staff an the other providers but they are the worst. I never leave reviews. But I hope it saves someone from sending their loved ones here. Mueller has 0 bedside manner and is absolutely rude. The staff their waited over 10 days to fill throid medications an his exact words were I don't see the problem. They keep sending her to a specialist to review labs which is fine but after paying twice now and they say they don't know why we are there. It's ridiculous. Then all of a sudden they don't refill calcitrol like seriously? She's been on the medications for years and now says the specialist has to fill it. I am not sure why she even has a primary doctor? Their communications between each staff is awful an the communication between staff an patients is even worse. I'd give a zero star if we could. Please fine somewhere more helpful an caring to go.
