I'm not a huge corporation type of person, but Ulta has everything my household needs for our daily routines. The rewards program for spending money is fantastic. If you shop right and pay attention you can get most all of your make-up needs at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Ordering online is easy and pickup is even easier.

Ulta carries almost every brand of cosmetics and beauty supplies I use. The staff are amazing and always ready and happy to help. If they are out of something I need they always offer to help me order it online. When I'm going to leave the country, I like to stock up on my supplies. The Ordinary is my go-to line for skincare. They carry most of what I use in store which makes it convenient. The two things I wish for? I wish they carried Thrive Causemetics and that they had stores outside the U.S.

I don’t like the service at all! The employees don’t even say hi when you walk in or offer a basket no to mention I was holding my infant. I went in for pick up order and I purchased stuff I’ll definitely will not come back. One of the employees was following me at the end but didn’t offer a bag.
