I would have to say the service was quick and absolutely great. The employees at Honda were very professional and knowledgeable. Gabe was the service attendant who took care of my vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and informed me on all the right things to do in order to get my vehicle back on the road in tip top shape. I highly recommend Honda Cardinal to all. Thanks Honda Cardinal for a great experience.

We had previously bought 2 Hondas at Cardinal Honda and when we went in to test drive a CR-V, our previous Salesperson , Peter Schmidt, was there and took care of us. We knew what we wanted and he explained the process, price, and what to expect. He kept us updated and was so happy for us when our car arrived earlier than expected. We were so pleased with Peter’s assistance and responsiveness that we asked him for some advice for our daughter who was looking for a Honda in another state. He took an interest in her situation and through his diligence found 2 vehicles that fit her needs. She just purchased her first car with Peter’s help and is thrilled with her new Honda. She was previously driving our 13 year old Pilot which we also bought at Cardinal. Whether scheduled maintenance or Repair work, Service technicians are responsive to customer needs. They may recommend work but listen to the customer if not wanted at this time. All repairs are discussed prior to implementation. Discounts are available for Cardinal purchased vehicles. I’ve had good experiences whether I just needed an oil change or an installation of a complete new transmission.

Customer service was on point! Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my car was good. The new service center is very impressive and the car wash was just a nice surprise. Thank you Cardinal Honda!! I'll never waste my time getting oil changes at Walmart again!

Cardinal Honda offers several free warranties. All new cars, including Civics come with a free 10 year 120,000 mile warranty. Ceritifed pre-owned Honda’s come with a free 7 year 100,000 mile warranty.
Honestly, I have had no issues with this dealership at all, and every staff member I've encountered here has been nothing but courteous and helpful.

Yes is covered. Even without the extended maintenance for the 1rst 30 days those things are covered.
Cant speak for Manchester, but our experience at Cardinal was awesome! Great team overall!
They're not supposed to charge that much for a diagnosis. You should check into that. Garages usually charge around $85 for a diagnostic. I took my Honda Civic there a year ago to change the oil. When I pick up the car they gave me a long list that were supposed to be wrong with the car and asked me if I wanted an appointment to fix it. I said thanks but no thanks. My mechanic told there was nothing wrong with the parts they mentioned and try to sell.
Not sure if you can still get a Honda accessory. You'll have to call Cardinal Honda parts dept.
