Why do you think it's OK to treat your customers so poorly? In what world is talking over someone, destroying their property, lying about it, and ultimately wasting someone's time and money professional or courteous?

Honestly, I have had no issues with this dealership at all, and every staff member I've encountered here has been nothing but courteous and helpful.

I have, in time ,bought 5 vehicles from cardinal Honda, last one is any element, 3 out 4 tire sensors don't work, both motors for radiator and ac don't work, Electrical problems and on the 3rd windshield, with still not having a clear no fault windshield. I am in debate at the moment with cardinal. Not happy with them at all

What happens if you don't have a procedure for this
