Hayden was fantastic in helping with our new kitchen appliance order. She was very thorough and pleasant to work with. She followed up our visit with email. Mason was super-capable at removing old microwave and dish washer and installing new ones. Very congenial and conversant. Glen, Tyler, and Greg handled the removal of our old (large) refrigerator-freezer with care. They installed the new one with proficiency. Everyone took precautions so as not to damage doors, walls, floors, etc. It was truly a pleasure working with Shore, and I look forward to the arrival of our new oven-range. I highly recommend Shore TV and Appliance.

we do not repair tv's I would try calling LG themselves
We sometimes will have used models from customers that had scratches or dents! We also will have floor model sales on appliances we want to replace in the store.
