I was summoned to court 5 times for being hit by an inebriated driver that had no license or insurance totalling my vehicle when I was in the right, even according to the cops that night. Only one time did I ever get called to the stand and the first four times he never showed. That's contempt of court, which is probably a heavier fine than the traffic violation he obtained. Well the time he finally showed up, no cuffs, he was basically slapped on the wrist with a 250 dollar fine. Meanwhile, I'm out 6000 dollars for a totaled vehicle, which I've never had a traffic violation a one. Where is the justice in that. Punish model citizens and gift criminals.

Clothes should be clean. No one needs to see your arm pits or your knees. One could get by with sandals, but not flip-flops. It's a government building, a place for serious business, not a social center, bar or street corner.
Correct

Most of them you can. There is an additional fee for using a cc. You can ask all that when you call them.
No they do not, they will give you a list of marriage celebrants.
Try a store that sells office supplies. Maybe Staples?

When you apply for your business license, you will indicate on the forms you're DBA name
No. That's a holiday. They are closed on holidays.
You must first apply for a name change through the circuit court. Once you have the notarized name change signed by the judge, you may then carry it with your passport until your passport is ready to renew or you can apply for a new passport
