My daughter has Cerebral palsy and we’ve been calling management for the last month to relay the message from her physical therapist they want her in water. It’s ridiculous you have to pay for something you can’t even use and then they blame it on bad teens. If you guys actually had people watching the pool or maybe paid for security and told these kids parents what they’re doing before it’s a huge issue it wouldn’t be past the first month of summer already with no pool access. Kids are literally allowed to roam around free here which isn’t safe. My apartment was lit on fire last year by some of these kids. If the pool and handicap access is part of your reason for wanting to stay here I’d find somewhere else. Handicap access points aren’t even anywhere near our “handicap” apartment and they let whoever park in those spots anyway.

"WOW" forest creek apartments. My girlfriend lives here so I'm here quite a bit. I'll start with location. Located in north spokane wanderemere area the apartments themselves are kind of hidden back away from the main roads which is great for kids and privacy. The rent is affordable unlike alot of places management though are rude and disrespectful. Maintance workers are usually on top of .all in all there have zero problems for us garbage is cleaned up walkways are kept clean no sign of bed bugs anywhere and I think the cops have been here maybe 3 or 4 times in 5 years all the neighbors are quite and respectful and I have to thank the head of management here Carrie she has done so much to help out my girlfriend and other tenants. She is smart, polite, and always ready to help thank you Carrie for all youhave done and continue to do. I give forest creek apartments a unknown mystery rating of MEDIOCRE

*THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR FAMILIES* Lived in these apartments for 2 years, and it was a terrible experience. 1. There were TWO different occasions where we found NEEDLES on the playground. 2. The tenants were so rude and loud. 3. Parking isn’t safe here because my father’s truck was broken into twice and nothing was done. Extremely vulnerable and there seems to be no security whatsoever. And there’s plenty of other issues - such as the horrible management. Summary: These apartments are DECENT at best. This is NOT a place to live if you have kids. Also, make sure to keep your belongings inside your apartment because otherwise you run the risk of losing them to thieves.

I have lived here for 5 years and this is my favorite apartment i have lived in. I love the space and layout and the fact that I don't have to go to a laundromat because there is a washer and dryer in my unit. The staff in the rental office is friendly and helpful and Carrie cares about her renters. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond to issues. I love how dog friendly the complex is with bags for poo provided. The location is great, too. We regularly walk to eat out, go to the grocery store and pharmacy.
