We do not have holding fee's at Forest Creek, the application fee is $30 per adult household member and they are rented on a first come first serve basis. They have openings...alot of them but there's a catch....in order to apply for the apt. you have to pay the application fee which is fine but they REQUIRE a $275.00 holding fee at the time of submitting your application if you get denied for any reason you DO NOT GET YOUR $275.00 RETURN TO YOU!!! NOBODY THAT STUPID
