I lived here for 3 years and just moved out. Living here was a nightmare. Constant police and criminal activity. Little to no working AC. Long response time from management team. Yearly rent increases. They are charging me 4k for mostly CARPET REPLACEMENT, which in the state of WA, is NOT the tenants' responsibility. Absolutely horrible place to live. Don't live here if you can help it because they can and will charge you a criminal amount of money when you leave.

I moved here from Seattle for a job transfer. The office ladies made the transition so smooth I was able to load my stuff in Seattle and know i had a decent place to come. Everything they said was right on que. I love my apartment even if it's on the 3rd floor. Maintenance Malia is fabulous responds right away and can trust her to come into your home when your not there. Thank you for making this a lovely place to live.

Great apartments when we moved in 7 years ago. Over the years they do less to keep it looking nice (the light posts out back are held up with cinder blocks, the pool now has 2 umbrellas and maybe 8 lounge chairs). They don't do much for repairs and when they have to (like the wind storm) they raise your rent. Our rent has been raised almost $200 since we moved in. Once when water was flooding through my ceiling from upstairs, pouring through my lights, it took hours to get ahold of the "emergency maintenance". Our mail boxes get broken into and instead of telling you, the manager sends the maintenance person to close the boxes. No joke, this has happened that I know of 3 times. My friend sent me pictures because she can see it from her apartment which is how I know my mail was stolen and my box broken. If you call the post office they say they have complained multiple times. Both sides of the complex have mice and they say they don't do anything for them. They do volunteer to have the maintenance lady set traps for you. I only gave it a 2 because the people are nice and out of how hideous and horrible the apartments are, there at least haven't been bed bugs, ax murderers, or rabid animals? We are moving as soon as we can :)

The new managers at Cedar Springs Estates 1 are fantastic. I have now been living in Estates 1 for over a year. The manager has been beyond helpful and goes out of her way to make sure everything in this complex and even my apartment is kept up to its best potential. The pool is clean kept and look's fantastic even in this cool weather. All through Winter, the sidewalks and all walkways have been cleared and salted. They finish work orders within a day or two when it's given to them. The maintenance guy always finishes what's asked. For this being my first apartment experience, I'm ridiculously happy. I love my 1 bedroom.. Cozy and sweet. And they are great people to be running this place. They seriously make me feel like I can come to them for whatever I need. So thank you Cedar for helping me get a place so quick and without any hassle.
