They rarely fix any thing are never available never in office but leave you alone for most part how ever will eviction for any reason and then come after you for the remainder of lease when they are one who terminate it

This place is horrible. Management is terrible. They allow domestic abuse to go on here, and turn a blind eye to it. They will kick you and your child out on the street, then let your abuser stay and live there. They care nothing for policy, and have no morals or ethics. There are many other apartments out there, but dont go to this one.

We moved from this complex last year. We lived in the unit at F334. I was 7 months pregnant and we literally spent a week getting the unit back in order. When they mailed us our refund it was really disgusting to see $17 out of $500 deposit. Sent a demand letter to them and received no response. The move out checklist had things marked as dirty that most certainly were not. We would have done a walk through with the manager but she was never available when she said she would be. They also charged us for the painting of the apartment. It stipulates in the rental agreement painting will not be charged to the tenant if the residency is over 2 years. This is the kind of place that nickels and dimes your deposit until there's $17 left and they call it good. Other highlights: paper thin walls, broken toys on the playground, animal waste everywhere, trash bins always open and overflowing, dead grass that felt like needles, and a manager (at the time) who was rather horrible to deal with. Also they put the rock bottom cheapest carpet that a professional cleaner cant clean, and the wrong finish paint that literally scrubs off when you try to clean the wall. It is "low income" housing and it completely feels like it. There's a wide mix of residents and many good families living there. It's too bad that they don't keep up on the property and expect the tenants who move to pay for the cost of turning over the apartment. Bottom line here is this could be a good stepping stone if it were managed properly. The property started out okay for us but it progressively got worse when Spokane Housing Ventures took over. They look down on their residents and do not perform fair walk through assessments and are unreachable to address concerns. We are currently looking into joining a suit against this operation that takes advantage of low income families with unfair and illegal housing practices.

There are three different apartment complexes on 55th north side of the street and they are big complexes and I believe all three are low-income, equal opportunity etcetera housing so I know at least one of them has a waiting list of over a year for one bedroom and it was two months for a two-bedroom but they're big and then there was more another two more complexes of the same on 53rd located all between Regal and Freya
1 ,2 and 3 bedrooms
