Wifi service its not a strong as promised so an disappointed I can not get anyone to help.

From our initial phone call to being connected to the burying of the cable we have had an absolutely spectacular experience. Everyone has been very professional, friendly, and willing to meet, and exceed, our expectations.
We are super happy with Cable One! We had CenturyLink before and it was so awful ! It went out constantly and our bill was a different price every month 😡
I have tried for 2 weeks to get sparklight internet service and they keep telling the address does not exist. So far I have talked to 3 people (all from out of state) and they never call back as promised, I have to call them. Poor customer service.

If you go to the website and call those numbers they are the out of state people AND they don't know your local office number. Find the local office number on Google and call or better yet, go into the office in person.
HOW to curb/at least lessen the constant robo calls to my Sparklight landline?????

There are not a lot of options. I ended up getting a google number and connected a device to my router I purchased on Amazon. The device was $60 and I saved $25 off of my cable bill each month.
When you're connected to your router via WiFi, go to 192.168.0.1 in your browser. Your username and password will be on the underside of the router. Once you're in you can select the wireless settings and change the password.
I've been getting irattic WiFi Signal Strain, goes from full strength to nothing randomly for over a month now. We recently had a in-law visiting us who has computer/electronic savvy...our wireless router is ancient (2011) and dying.To be continued

Sparklight has a WiFi guarantee included when you lease their modem. You can call in and schedule a tech go to your home to do an assessment at no charge to you.
How do i directly contact my local office? I keep getting trapped in the automated voice service and im not sure how to navigate it well. I want to tell them that the tech that was sent to my house yesterday left his drill here.

Once you get ahold of a live rep, just tell them the situation- anyone can email the local office directly.
My house was wired for cable access as long as the "port" was turned on. I only had 2 of the these ports active, I would like to have access to the cable in my master bedroom, what do I need to have this done legally?

When I am recording, why does the recording end before the shows are completely finished??? This is very annoying especially when I pay $200.00 per month for services. Thank you

I go to the DVR & add 2 minutes to that recording...Very frustrating...sometimes I don't even get what I recorded...
Why I cannot get some one on the phone . I have been trying for the last 2 days. The aud on the phone line when I call tell me that my account is not aviable taik to my reprentive.Thanks Artel Cuff

They are rude you will have t opppl call from a different # and pretend to want to set up services than when you have some one on the line tell them your problem I had to do that three different times cuz they had my # attached to the account. Or visit in person but the line is always an hr + so plan for that. Worst company in Caldwell but only provider on canyon hill
If you do it through the internet, yes. I use a Netmaster. It works wonderfully on my tv. Cable one is the best Idaho currently has but that's not saying a lot. Idaho has some of the worst internet in the country.
